We own several acres of prime commercial land in Zirakpur which falls within MC Zirakpur which he plans to develop for real estate purposes. We also own several commercial properties that is showroom, booth, godown and industrial plot etc in Chandigarh, Mohali and Zirakpur on rent with Banks etc.
